The song ‘Flappie,’ about a Christmas rabbit written and sung by Dutch comic Youp van ‘t Hek, a star who has developed many catch phrases, has just been recorded by Todd Rundgren, a renowned American music figure who supposedly enjoys covering ‘obscure’ tunes.
Flappie has been shortened to ‘Floppy,’ which is a fantastic rabbit name in English. I’ve been unable to locate the translator, despite the fact that they did an excellent job, according to Van ‘t Hek. Rundgren, who, according to music magazine Oor, has performed in the Netherlands numerous times, is claimed to have made his rendition more dramatic than the original. The new song was dubbed “music” by some online critics.
